by Alice Murray 11 October 2022

Kirkland & Ellis partner David Holdsworth has left the law firm to join TDR Capital as general counsel.

Holdsworth joined Kirkland as a partner in 2016, where his practice focused on complex mergers and acquisitions, including private equity, public and private M&A, as well as joint ventures.

Prior to joining Kirland, Holdsworth spent more than 15 years at Linklaters, initially as a managing associate, and then a partner in 2009.
