Keyhaven hires head of fund accounting
Keyhaven Capital Partners has appointed Keith Bratton as head of fund accounting.
The firm has also promoted Sarah Baha from head of compliance and MLRO to chief compliance officer, and Mehreen Saleem from junior fund accountant to fund accountant.
Bratton joins after seven years at Park Square Capital, where he was most recently senior fund controller. He has a decade of experience in private equity and debt, with an additional nine years of experience in audit, tax and accounts.
In his new role, Bratton will lead the back office and finance functions.
Baha has served at Keyhaven for five years, having joined from her previous role as junior compliance officer at Union Bancaire Privée. She also has experience in private banking from Credit Suisse.
As head of compliance, Baha will lead the firm’s legal and ethical responsibilities.
Saleem has spent six years at Keyhaven, joining after three years as finance associate at OakNorth. She obtained a BA in accounting and finance from Brunel University of London in 2013.
