by Alice Murray 16 March 2023

Khepri, a consulting and outsourcing partner to UK funds, fund managers and financial markets companies, has been launched following the management buyout of four of MJ Hudson’s operating subsidiaries.

The deal, led by managing partners Will Roxburgh and Mike Booth, has been backed by a private investor, ensuring the company has regulatory and growth capital in place. It ensures continuous service for its circa 100 clients, with all existing contracts remaining in place.
