Linklaters appoints Vergauwen as counsel

Linklaters has appointed Julia Vergauwen as counsel in the firm’s London office. Previously, she worked as a managing associate in the firm’s investment funds practice, after joining in 2016 as an associate.

Prior to her time at Linklaters, Vergauwen spent three years at Clifford Chance.

Her practice focuses on ESG funds, highly leveraged AIFs, tech funds and structures domiciled in Luxembourg.
