Lionpoint launches treasury practice

Consulting firm Lionpoint has launched a treasury practice for PE.

According to a company statement, its services include:

• Treasury technology implementation
• Risk management and compliance
• Cash forecasting and liquidity management
• Fee analysis and negotiation
• Process transformation
• Strategic advisory services.

The practice is spearheaded by Danny Olds, who has helped developed Lionpoint’s new offering. With more than 25 years’ experience in front and middle-office operations, Olds most recently spent two years as managing partner at enterprise consulting firm 7NT Group. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as director and head of operations at KKR, between 2012 and 2022.

During 2023, Lionpoint partnered with Arcesium, Canoe and Bipsync to merge its consulting services with various data solutions aimed at streamlining PE operations.
