LPs unsure what capital is being called for

ILPA members have reported confusion over how GPs are using newly called capital and sub lines. The association recommends proactive communication to ensure good fund governance.

Through an interactive town hall and various conversations, ILPA has put together recent findings on key issues around liquidity, LPAs and sub lines.

Denominator effect

The trade body found the majority of LPs are somewhat concerned (52%) or extremely concerned (11%) about exceeding their policy target to private equity.
