Luxembourg saw fund growth in 2019

Luxembourg’s financial industry saw an increase in funds last year, including for alternative investments.

Results come from the latest report from the Luxembourg for Finance agency (LFF), which is a public-private partnership between the Luxembourg Government and the Luxembourg Financial Industry Federation.

LFF also revealed the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CFFS) issued 111 new operating licences to various global asset managers, private equity firms, banks, payment institutions last year.
