Luxembourg’s AUM increased 20% year-to-year

The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry’s (ALFI) latest report on PE and VC funds revealed AUM jumped 20% year-to-year.

The 2018 Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Investment Funds Survey, which covered both regulated and unregulated PE funds, was conducted by Deloitte on behalf of ALFI.

Funds regimes

More than 84% of Luxembourg PE funds fell under the light AIFMD regime in 2018, having increased from 60% in 2017, the report said.
