Majority of fund managers expect significant Q1 NAV decrease

A Duff & Phelps survey of fund managers has found the majority (86%) expect Q1 2020 NAVs to significantly decrease.

The Impact of COVID-19 on Investment Valuations survey found 35.6% of respondents anticipate NAV reductions between 6% and 10%, while 17.8% expect a decrease of between 16% and 20%. Furthermore, a minority (9%) of respondents anticipate NAVs to decline by more than 20%.
