Majority of PE hiring suspended

The majority of hiring in the private equity industry has been suspended, according to recruitment firm PER.

The firm’s initial findings from its latest report Taking the Temperature, tracked how coronavirus has affected hiring, compensation and confidence in the market.

Hiring

Of more than 400 respondents, 66% said they have suspended some or all of their processes, while 29% said they are continuing to recruit as originally planned.
