Middleton Enterprises appoints COO

by Krystal Scanlon 31 October 2019

Newcastle-based Middleton Enterprises has promoted David Alprovich to chief operating officer (COO).

Alprovich initially joined the firm in November 2009 as commercial assistant, a position he held for almost three years. He was then promoted to commercial manager in September 2012. As the business continued to expand, Alprovich rose through the ranks again in June 2014 to commercial director, a position he has held for the past five-and-a-half years.

Prior to Middleton, Alprovich worked at Conviction Investment Partners as head of research, and Brewin Dolphin as an investment administrator.

Middleton invests throughout the UK with a particular focus on the North East via its Quayside Lofts office. Middleton Enterprises’ portfolio contains both listed companies as well as private equity and venture capital assets.
