MJ Hudson acquires Meyler

by Alice Murray 23 March 2020

MJ Hudson has acquired Meyler Capital, a US marketing services and analytics business focused on alternative assets.

Established in 2012, Meyler counts 50 US clients operating in the private equity, venture capital and hedge fund sectors.

Following the deal, the company will be renamed MJ Hudson Meyler.

Said Matthew Craig-Greene, managing director of MJ Hudson’s IR and marketing solutions: “Personally, I have known the firm’s leadership team, Kyle Dunn and JD David, for nearly ten years and am a long-standing admirer of their irrepressible determination to help fund managers embrace modern marketing methods and break free from the bland, uninspiring communications that have characterised our industry for too long.
