MJ Hudson lists on AIM at £97.6m

MJ Hudson was admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) under the ticker MJH.

The listing raised £31.4m, with £29.3m of new money invested through the placing of 55,024,958 ordinary shares priced at 57p, achieving a market cap of £97.6m.

The listing highlights increasing levels of regulation and demands for greater transparency for the alternative assets market, which is a major driver of MJ Hudson’s growth as the requirement for specialist expertise escalates.
