MJ Hudson’s Lutgen joins Ashurst

Ashurst has appointed Whitney Lutgen as partner to its investment funds group, based in London.

Lutgen joins the practice after six years at MJ Hudson, where she served as partner and co-head of the funds team.

She has also previously worked at firms including Kirkland & Ellis and Partners Group.

With over a decade of experience, Lutgen has represented GPs and LPs in a variety of fund transactions.
