Morgan Lewis opens second Germany office
Morgan Lewis is set to expand its German presence by opening an office in Munich.
The office will comprise 20 lawyers and advisers joining from Shearman & Sterling’s Munich office.
Three partners will head the launch: Florian Ziegler, leveraged finance partner; Jann Jetter, leader of the tax advisory practice; and Florian Harder, head of Shearman Sterling’s German offices and M&A/PE partner.
Ziegler will split his time between Morgan Lewis’s Munich office and the already established Frankfurt office.
