Moving surety from obscurity

Insurance is rarely seen as a sexy topic and of all products on the market, surety may sound particularly vanilla. Yet at a time when GPs are looking for new ways to unlock liquidity, this previously overlooked solution may start to appear pretty tasty.

The principles of surety are relatively straightforward, even if the implementation can be more tricky. It is a guarantee of performance under a contract.
