ndaOK launches NDA review tool

by Silvia Saccardi 2 August 2023

AI legal tech provider ndaOK has launched NDA Review, a tool that automates the reviewing of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

ndaOK scans and revises documents based on client prerequisites and aims to reduce processing times and legal expenses.

The tool uses OpenAI’s GPT-4, a model that can process text and images, producing text-based responses.

Founder and CEO of ndaOK, James Weir, commented: “Unlike AI tools that require a knowledgeable user to guide the process, ndaOK simply does the work for you.”

ndaOK is based in Austin, Texas and it trialled its services in 2021 with a group of PE firms.
