Negotiating terms increasingly challenging for LPs

According to Coller Capital’s Private Equity Barometer Summer 2023, negotiating terms as part of the fund investment process has become increasingly challenging for LPs.

The barometer is published twice a year and is based on opinions of 110 private equity investors worldwide.

The results demonstrate that three fifths of LPs (62%) have found negotiating terms a challenge in the fund investment process.
