New CFO for Electra

Listed-Electra Private Equity has appointed David Lampard as chief financial officer.

He replaces former chief financial and operating officer Gavin Manson, who will continue as a non-executive director on the firm’s board.

This change in CFO marks the end of Electra as a private equity business, with the firm also announcing it’s transition to Unbound Group. 

In a statement, the firm said: “Unbound Group will be the parent company for a range of brands focused on the 55+ demographic.
