Newell joins Cadwalader

Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft has appointed Michael Newell as a fund formation partner in London.

Newell joins from Norton Rose Fulbright where he was a partner and focused on the formation of real estate, credit and emerging market private equity funds, as well as venture and hedge funds. He specialises in the establishment and restructuring of onshore and offshore vehicles.
