NorthEdge’s Hobbs joins RSM UK

by Krystal Scanlon 10 May 2022

NorthEdge’s former head of ESG Kathy Hobbs has joined RSM UK as associate director in ESG.

Hobbs joined NorthEdge in April 2021 as the firm’s first dedicated ESG professional. She was responsible for monitoring developing ESG regulation, embedding ESG into the firm’s investment process, portfolio data management as well as reporting progress.

Following her departure, Lucie Mills, who was promoted to partner last month, has taken on ESG responsibilities at NorthEdge.

In her new role at RSM UK, based in Manchester, Hobbs will help grow the firm’s ESG practice, with a specific focus on sustainability, RSM confirmed to The Drawdown.

“The ESG impact middle market businesses have in their industries and communities is becoming increasingly more important,” commented Hall.
