Norvestor appoints GC

Norvestor has appointed Erica Hegerin as the firm’s general counsel, based in Stockholm.

For the last three years, Hegerin was a partner at Advokatfirmaet Schjødt. She made the move after almost two years as partner at Hamilton Advokatbyrå, a firm she joined in 2016 as a senior associate. Before her time at Hamilton, she spent five years as a senior associate at Ashurst, after four years as an associate at Linklaters.

Hegerin has experience in private M&A transactions, corporate law matters and commercial law, including contracts, employment, intellectual property, competition, commercial leases and data protection.
