Oak Group makes two appointments
Oak Group has made two senior appointments in Guernsey, hiring Belinda Ridout as director of client accounting and Hannah Crocker as company secretary.
Ridout joins the team from Aztec Group, where she was associate director for 13 years. She has more than a decade of experience in private equity across multiple fund structures, with knowledge of creating suitable processes and procedures to improve delivery of services, training team members, and managing the onboarding of new clients during fund migrations and launches. Ridout also served on several regulated GP boards for VC and buyout funds.
Crocker previously served as director for MTC Holdings. Prior to this, she spent five years at Maitland Administration in Guernsey as company secretary and governance and risk manager. Overall, she has more than 12 years of experience in offshore fund administration. Crocker has specialised in providing corporate secretarial services to private and listed companies, particularly in real estate and private equity. She has also served as director on various client boards.
James Tracey, managing director of funds at Oak, commented: ”Belinda brings significant expertise in fund administration and leadership. Hannah leads our governance services and our team of company secretaries, who in turn support our client boards to understand and demonstrate high levels of corporate governance.”
The two appointments come after Oak hired James Tracey as managing director of its Guernsey funds business in May.
Oak Group is a private client, corporate services and fund administration firm, with 200 employees and headquartered in Guernsey.
