Ocorian buys Nordic Trustee

Ocorian has bought trustee and agency services provider Nordic Trustee, from Altor.

Founded in 1993, Nordic Trustee is led by CEO Cato Holmsen and his management team via its offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki. The company focuses on the Nordic bond market, facilitating issuers access to capital, as well as monitoring and securing bondholders' rights. 

The acquisition will boost Ocorian's capital market offering and broaden its geographical presence.
