Ocorian’s Layzell joins The ID Register as chair

by Krystal Scanlon 12 October 2020

Ocorian’s CEO Stuart Layzell has joined The ID Register as chair.

The ID Register was created in 2016 as a centralised investor onboarding tool, which offers a one-and-done sign off, making investment faster, easier and more cost effective. Today, the system has more than 25,000 investors and 270 GPs registered.

Last month, the company announced it had spun out of Apex Group, following its MBO led by founder Tim Andrews and backed by Perscitus LLP.
