Operational due diligence exercises rely heavily on a series of face to face meetings and even onsite visits. With GPs and LPs alike confined to working from home - how are ODD processes being handled?

According to Wilf Wilkinson, managing partner at Acanthus, the fundraising market is clearly challenging, but, “It’s not all doom and gloom.” Fundraises in later stages where the in-person due diligence has been done and where investors have made a principle decision, processes are continuing and proceeding to the legal stage.
