Ontra acquires FundFormer
Contract automation company Ontra has acquired FundFormer, an electronic subscription document provider for fund managers and their LPs, which aims to reduce errors and completion time.
FundFormer enables fund managers to convert their subscription documents into a digital format. The solution also provides funds with the real-time status of each investor in the subscription process and allows fund managers to coordinate all parties involved, including legal counsel, fund administrators and investor relations teams.
