Partech welcomes chief sustainability officer

by Matthias Plötz 23 March 2023

Partech has appointed Josépha Montana as the firm's first chief sustainability officer, based in Paris.

She spent the last five years at Turenne Group, where she was head of ESG and communications and oversaw the creation of ESG processes both at the fund and portfolio level. Prior to Turenne, she was a consultant at Shan, focusing on financial communications and ESG in private equity.

Her new role at Partech will see her focus on implementing sustainability at all stages of the firm’s strategy.

“I am very excited to join Partech,” commented Montana. “Not only will I be focused on embedding sustainability into processes and decision making, but also on championing cultural change across the entire organisation and the portfolio through education. My goal is to promote mindset shifts based on concrete behaviours.”
