PE fuels Luxembourg AUM growth to €5.9trn

According to new data, Luxembourg investment funds reached a total of €5.9trn AUM in 2021.

This figure represents a 17.8% increase year-on-year, equivalent to €886bn.

Data collected by the Luxembourg regulator, Commission de Surveillance du Secteur (CSSF), and collated by the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), found private equity was the fastest growing asset class, with 29.9%
