Permira partially exits Duff & Phelps

  • Permira has sold part of its stake in global advisor Duff & Phelps as part of a $4.2bn deal.
  • A consortium featuring Stone Point Capital and Further Global has gained control of the company.
  • Permira will continue to retain a significant stake in the company as part of the consortium, alongside Duff & Phelps’ management team who will continue to lead the company.
