The Drawdown (TDD): Prior to joining Blackstone, you were assistant director of DE&I at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. How did your passion for DEI begin?

Devin Glenn (DG): As a woman of colour, I naturally grew up with an awareness of these issues. I became aware of DEI as an organisational mandate working in big law.
