Profile: Feizal Moossa, Adenia Partners

by Krystal Scanlon 22 July 2021

The Drawdown (TDD): There aren’t many chief risk officers in private equity - why did Adenia create this role?

Feizal Moossa (FM): I think the compliance officer and risk management officer role(s) are growing in importance. For example, in Luxembourg it is a legal requirement to have both compliance and risk officers (CRO) for alternative investment vehicles. So the role does exist in some jurisdictions more than others within PE.
