by Krystal Scanlon 13 January 2022

The Drawdown (TDD): You joined IK Partners in 2002. Can you describe the set up you came into and what processes, functions and standards you set up?

James Yates (JY): When I joined, all the processes and systems were very basic and only a few people used software and systems. Investor schedules, for example, were done in Excel, while reporting went out in a Word document.
