The Drawdown (TDD): You joined Nordic Capital in 2010 after spending four years at KPMG. What prompted the move and what attracted you to the firm?

Jesper Söderberg (JS): Prior to 2010, I worked as a transactions and restructuring consultant at KPMG. I wanted to work in private equity and was attracted to Nordic Capital because of its strong reputation in the industry.
