The Drawdown (TDD): You joined PAI in January, having spent 18 years at AXA in various HR and talent roles. What attracted you to PAI?

Laurent Marvy (LM): I was attracted by the entrepreneurship and value creation focus that private equity offers. I think it corresponds more and more to what talent nowadays look for in the workplace, namely impact, pace and empowerment.
