The Drawdown (TDD): You have been part of Clessidra since it was founded in 2003. How and why did you join from consultancy firm Accenture?

Monica Magrassi (MM): In 2003, I was in my 30s, working at Accenture as financial controller in the special projects and transitions team. At that time, my manager, Ugo Belardi, decided to leave to create Clessidra with Claudio Sposito.
