Proskauer’s Simpson joins Campbell Lutyens as general counsel

Former Proskauer partner Kate Simpson has joined Campbell Lutyens as general counsel.

Based in London, she will be responsible for all legal affairs across the firm, globally.

Simpson spent more than eight years working at Proskauer as part of the Private Funds Group. During her time at the firm, she advised clients on the establishment and structuring of international investment funds, secondary private equity portfolio transactions as well as synthetic and co-investment structures.
