Q&A with Raxita Kapashi, CFO at Dawn Capital

by Krystal Scanlon 18 December 2019

The Drawdown (TDD): How did you come into private equity and how did you get to Dawn?

Raxita Kapashi (RK): My first stint in PE was at Coller Capital and it peaked my interest for the industry. I was then offered a job by Oakley where I spent five years, not only managing their PE fund, but also working with CEO Peter Dubens’ personal interests including a luxury gym in Chelsea, James Perse clothing and a stake in Tom Aikins’ restaurant.
