Reed Smith launches global ESG practice

Reed Smith has formally launched its global ESG practice, building on the support and advice it has provided clients on their ESG requirements for a number of years.

The firm is particularly focused on governance, and aims to ensure clients’ ESG plans, compliance efforts and reporting systems are robust, transparent and ethical, while satisfying stakeholders’ expectations for accountability.

The ESG practice team includes 60 regulatory, environmental, corporate, transactional and disputes lawyers across the firm’s 30 offices.
