Reed Smith’s Dasgupta joins Hogan Lovells

Hogan Lovells has appointed Parikshit Dasgupta, as partner in the corporate & finance practice group, based in New York.

Dasgupta’s practice focuses on the establishment, management and regulation of private investment funds. He represents both US and non-US managers of buyout, growth capital, secondary, distressed debt, energy infrastructure, technology, venture, credit and geographically oriented funds. He also advises on spin-outs, the establishment of new asset managers, seed arrangements and joint ventures.
