REYL Intesa Sanpaolo has acquired Carnegie Fund Services.

Carnegie Fund Services is a Swiss fund representative for more than 100 investment managers across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. It represents more than 700 funds, which are domiciled in Ireland, Luxembourg, France, Singapore and Cayman.

REYL Intesa Sanpaolo is a diversified banking group with offices in Switzerland, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

The acquisition will bolster REYL’s fund representation solutions (FRS) department, which already offers Swiss representation services, by integrating Carnegie’s client base.

The transaction was led by REYL’s corporate finance department.
