Sanne acquires PEA

Sanne Group has bought Nordic fund administrator Private Equity Administrators (PEA).

Established in 2007, PEA specialises in boutique fund admin and depositary services to alternative fund structures. Headquartered in Denmark, the firm also has operations in Sweden and Guernsey.

PEA employs 55 people, works with 100 funds and has €75bn of assets under administration. 

The deal expands Sanne’s footprint across Denmark and Sweden, while also increasing its operations in Guernsey.
