Sanne acquires STRAIT

Sanne has acquired US-based alternative fund solutions company STRAIT.

Founded in 2006 by John Relton, STRAIT provides fund administration, financial oversight and regulatory compliance services for private equity funds, fund of funds, SPVs, family offices, hedge funds and other investment vehicles. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the firm currently services $20bn of assets under administration.
