SEI acquires National Pensions Trust

In a bid to increase its services for institutional markets, SEI has acquired National Pensions Trust (NPT), which will be added to the SEI Master Trust.

“Industry consolidation, supported by the Pensions Regulator, reduces the number of smaller and sometimes less resilient schemes, bringing greater stability to the pensions landscape,” said Steve Charlton, managing director of defined contribution for EMEA and Asia in SEI’s institutional business.
