Silverfleet’s MacDougall joins Apperio as NED

Apperio has appointed Silverfleet Capital’s Neil MacDougall as a non-executive director of the board, to help drive growth and geographical expansion.

MacDougall has worked at Silverfleet since 1989 and later led the buyout of the firm from Prudential in 2007. Between 2004 and 2019, he was Silverfleet’s managing partner and became chair in 2019. Last year, he took on the role of BVCA chair, having been part of the trade body’s leadership team for many years.
