Simpson Thacher appoints financial regulatory lawyer

Simpson Thacher and Bartlett has appointed Stephanie Biggs as partner, based in the London office. She will co-lead the firm’s European and financial services regulatory team.

Biggs joins the practice from Travers Smith, with more than 15 years’ experience advising alternative asset managers on domestic and cross-border regulatory matters, including fund formation and structuring, ongoing operational and compliance issues, and investing in the regulated sector.
