Socium Fund Services partners with Broadridge

Socium Fund Services has incorporated Broadridge’s Sentry loan portfolio management technology to improve the management of complex private credit loan portfolios.

Sentry is a web-based technology that provides loan administration management, allowing users to keep track of compliance issues and manage available data.

Socium Fund Services is a Suntera Global company and services mid-market PE firms with private credit fund administration services. Suntera acquired Socium in May 2022.

Broadridge is a global fintech company that provides asset managers with tech solutions to facilitate better investment, corporate governance and communication processes. It launched an SFDR reporting tool in November 2022.
