Standish adopts Astrella
AST Private Company Solutions (AST PCS) has partnered with fund administrator Standish Management, to incorporate its Astrella tech platform.
AST PCS launched its cloud-based SaaS platform Astrella in Spring to manage private company ownership data. The system combines private blockchain technology, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics and includes an API ecosystem. Since then, Astrella has developed a number of tech and service partnerships covering various related private shareholder requirements.
