Suntera acquires NeoTrust

Professional services provider Suntera Global has acquired NeoTrust Fiduciary Luxembourg, marking its second acquisition in the jurisdiction within the past month.

Founded in 2017 by Martin Hubert and Julien Guillaume, NeoTrust provides bespoke fund and corporate services to private equity and real estate firms, institutional clients, large and mid-sized companies as well as HNWIs, globally.

As part of the deal, NeoTrust’s 14 Luxembourg-based employees will join Suntera’s Luxembourg office.
