Suntera acquires Reference

Professional services provider Suntera Global has acquired boutique fund administration and corporate services firm, Reference Financial Services (Luxembourg).

Founded in 2003, Reference provides boutique fund administration and corporate services to Luxembourg-based clients, which are active across private equity, real estate, intellectual property, energy trading, e-commerce, wealth management, advisory services and maritime as well as ship financing. The business provides central and corporate administration, accounting and tax compliance, family office, directorship, company secretarial, domiciliation and incorporation services.
